Feeding unit

u  American sun lead edge or German Rexroth Bosch lead edge feeding system.

u  Main motor adopt frequency control and with start protection function.

u  Adopt frequency control suction volume due to different board sizes.

u  Left and right stopper electric or computer control.

u  High efficiency dust suction blower can clear dust on top of board. (option due to machine model)

u  Pressure for 3ply, 5ply, and 7ply adopt electric and computer control.

u  Normal feeding and skip feeding system.

 

Printing unit 1

u  Adopt rolling type printing plate mounting system and with foot pedal switch to control cylinder rotation.

u  Pressure for 3ply, 5ply, and 7ply adopt electric and computer control.

u  Rubber roll adopt high quality rubber with crowning treatment, inking performance is good. (Doctor blade is optional)

u  Ink roller adopt high precision hard chrome coated anilox roll. (Ceramic roll is optional)

u  Inking roll up and down is matching with feeding system automatically.

u  When ink shortage, alarm is ringing and feeding stop to avoid any collision between ink roll and rubber.

u  Registration adopts brake motor control, automatically remember zero memory function.

u  Lateral adjustment adopts electric or computer control.

u  Registration fixed adopts magnetic brake structure. Whenever units are open, the printing cylinder position will be remained the same.

Printing unit 2

  Customer can select vacuum transfer system is optional for printing unit. The vacuum wheels adopt aluminum alloy and its surface coated with ceramic powder to enhance wear resistance.

  Customer can select doctor blade system for this model to have a better control of even inking.

Drying unit

  As per this model, customer can select hot wind drying system due to order required. Drying system adopt world famous heating components and it can make air to get heat immediately. Heating temperature has two type of control, which is from heating component itself.
